Payouts and odds are carefully balanced in roulette so that they always hit players with the same EV-. If you place your money on bets with better odds, you’ll get a smaller payout rate, if you place your money on weaker odds, you’ll get more on a single win. Remember, roulette is a game based on pure chance. The fact that there is a house edge on it doesn’t mean you can’t walk away rich from the table.
